Safety Bar
The included Safety Bar expands and contracts for ease of positioning. Plus, the safety bar is still movable when the tray is attached ensuring it is easy to get baby in and out of the chair.
Easily Removable Tray
Also included with your Svan Highchair, the Easily Removable Tray clips off and stores on back of chair when not in use. The tray is designed with a lip around the edge, so bowls and spoons stay on as your baby learns to feed! It's also a good size for drawing or playing on.

Customer Reviews for Svan HighchairVery stylish piece of furniture!By Melissa, 11/11/08 I chose the Svan highchair as I liked the light wood and smooth curves of the design and, more especially, how compact it is. Many highchairs on the market have a very wide base which can make it tricky to bring the chair close to the dining table and even more awkward to make inconspicuous in a room when not in use! The Svan is entirely different and almost becomes invisible when tucked away in a corner.
The cushions are nicely padded and the quality of the wood is excellent. The other bonus is that the chair can be adapted to suit everyone, from babies to adults!
The only slightly baffling thing with the chair is that it no longer comes with a harness - you have to buy a generic one separately which is a little inconvenient, especially as this is not made apparent until you put the whole thing together and wonder where it is...!
But that's a very small negative to what is a superb product. He has very good head and neck control and has liked sitting in the chair and being at our level (we haven't actually tried any food with him yet!). I would highly recommend this chair - it looks nice and our son seems very happy in it. Very family friendly design and easy to assemble. This site offers the best price and next day delivery. It is a little expensive but as it grows with your child it does pay for itself in the end. We have another on the way and I know we will be buying another!
I can't praise this chair enough and more importantly our toddler is very content to sit in the chair and be part of the family in this chair.
