"Really great service, i was so impressed, after looking for the best price across the internet for the bushbaby backpack, your website seemed to offer the best price and with free delivery. However because the price seemed so competitive I admit to being slightly dubious about the level of service I might get. there was no need to worry though as I received an email confirming the order, an e-mail telling me the order had been dispatched and the day it was due to arrive (only 1 working day after I ordered), and an e-mail on the day of delivery with an hour time slot, which was fulfilled completely to the letter. I would recommend that cute age to anyone. Improve? nothing, a perfect transaction.
