The KiddyGuard's revolutionary design works on the same principle as a roller blind so that it simply 'disappears' when not in use. The elegant Swedish design fits beautifully into both classic and modern homes, and there are no unsightly swinging gate to bang against, no horizontal bar to trip over, and no metal bars for little legs to get caught in. The KiddyGuard can be fixed in or beside openings - use downstairs, upstairs, on bannisters, between rooms, on porches and balconies - pretty much anywhere! An innovative delay-release button gives you time to properly secure the mesh to the locking bar before it automatically locks tight. When you need more time than usual, the KiddyGuard is easily switched to manual locking.

At first you think that this product is expensive and that there are cheaper baby gates on the market. This was the third gate that we tried to fit our unusually wide stairs. It fitted perfectly, is incredibly strong and now we have one at the bottom of the stairs as well as the top. It is an excellent product and well worth the money. The product was delivered really quick too.

Liked the look of the gate. Liked the fact that it rolls up when not in use. Not so pleased with how difficult the gate is to open/close when fully extended and fitted to a wide opening.

As a guard it works really well but has been very difficult to fit in a house built a very long time ago. The attachments worked eventually but it was quite tricky. All in all though, I'm still very happy with it.

The noise or 'alarm' is distinctly annoying. It's a little tricky when you have a babe in arms - but it's secure and neat and doesn't flinch when my toddler throws himself at it!

A little complicated to fit but a neat product which does not cause a trip hazard and seems very strong.
