From Maternity to Eternity

This bag looks super stylish and doesn’t scream ‘changing bag’ at all. In fact, so much so that I’m not using it as a baby bag anymore, I’m using it as my work bag. I’m a teacher and need to carry a tonne of stuff, and I couldn’t find a leather bag big enough, practical enough or beautiful enough to use, so when I saw this on TCA’s FB page I thought it might be what I was looking for- and it is!
It’s roomy enough to hold a pack lunch box, Sigg water bottle, 2 large pencil cases, makeup bag, a diary and a large notebook, and I can still shut the zipper, and I haven’t had to undo the expandable zips yet either.
When I did trial it as a nappy bag, it was big enough for a Tupperware container of washable wipes, 3 washable nappies, a change of clothes, toys, 2 water beakers and my purse. It holds a tonne, and due to the interior pockets, everything’s well organised.
The only downside is that I don't think the changing mat is substantial enough or long enough considering the price point of the bag, and the insulated bottle holder won't fit my wide Mam bottles in.
What I love most about this bag is the fact that it doesn’t look like a changing bag, as it’s so stylish, yet it’s very practical as it’s well organised and the exterior has a slightly shiny finish, so seems to be water repellent and hasn’t attracted any dirt, despite being put on the floor and on dusty desks etc. Even when it's packed full, the wide strap means that it is still comfy to wear on my shoulder.
All in all, a well designed, stylish bag that will last from babyhood and beyond.
