Exactly what we needed

We have a BabyDan Highchair and whilst it is a brilliant and much cheaper alternative to a Stokke Tripp Trapp, it only has a waist belt to hold your child in.
My 12mth old managed to perfect a twisting movement that got him out of the belt and after the second time when I found him on the kitchen table over a slate floor I realised I needed something better to keep him in and this harness is perfect.
My son is happy to be put in the harness and, once clipped to the D rings on my high chair he is safe and secure.
Not sure how good it is as a walking harness but it is comfortable and seems very well made.

This has been invaluable and my little boy likes putting them on. Useful to attach him to chairs whilst eating out too.

Does what it says on the tin. We use these with our Svan highchair. Simple to attach. Not the most attractive but do the job required
Awkward to fit as the clips are at the back

The Svan chair is a cosy fit on my 7 month old anyway, so I'm not sure the harness is that beneficial.
Plus, as the connectors to the D-rings are at the back as well as the waist clip, it's tricky to secure the baby in when sat in the chair, unless you want a very loose fit which takes away the point of having a harness. Would be a much better design if the waist clip fastened at the front, then you could leave it attached to the chair, and just take the baby in and out.
I would imagine it works better as a walking aid, although I haven't tried this yet.
