Changing Your Mind

If you have changed your mind and wish to return your item, you may do so if:

If any of the above conditions are not met, your item may be accepted as a 'second' and a restocking fee may be applied.

Need a Different Size?

If your item is too small or too large, we can exchange this for a different size as long as the above conditions are met.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item

In the rare event that an item is damaged or defective, or we have sent you an incorrect item, we will exchange or refund the item. Return postage will also be refunded, up to the 1st Class Recorded rate.

If an item is returned as faulty but once tested is found to be in working order, the item will be returned to you and a charge will be made to cover the postage costs.

Arranging A Return

To arrange a return, sign in to My Account My Account and view your order details. Once the details of the return have been entered, we will issue a RMA number and instructions for returning your item.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns without a valid RMA number.
