Just perfect

Just the right way to move from the grobag sleeping bag to a grown-up duvet! Ma daughter loves it and I can be confident that she won't get cold in the night. The quality is superb and the pattern really sweet and discreet.
Bit pricey but worth the extra money.

I bought this for my daughter after several nights of her waking as she wasn't tucked in. This clever duvet set keeps her zipped in and cosy all night long and has given us lovely uninterrupted sleep:-)

Since putting the Grobag Stay-On Duvet Bedding Set my 22 month old son has fallen asleep in his toddler bed and slept through the night with minimal disruptions (we also introduced the grobag clock which shows the sun setting and a star coming out to show that it's time to sleep).
He is a kicker and mover whilst he sleeps and the zips on the duvet and sheet really keep the bedding secure, although he still manages to get his legs poking out the sides.
The only time I had to go in there during the night was when he got himself bunched up towards the bottom of the bed and began to wake himself. This could happen with any duvet and I am glad to know that this bedding set has safety precautions built in (i.e. the zips only go towards the top of the bed and not all the way down).
The quality and print are good and I am pleased with the item.
Good, but not quite what I was expecting

Very good but I was expecting the zip to go the whole way down the duvet/sheet. My daughter still manages to get out of it very easily when she's asleep though. Hopefully, in time she will sleep under the duvet for the whole night - at least the duvet stays where it is and doesn't end up over her head. Do need a special cot-bed pillow to fit pillow case though

This is an excellent idea. I don't know if they do separate bottom sheets to buy with this set so that I don't always have to wash and return the sheet the same day if there are any accidents? Also, what a shame the cheeky monkey on the pillow is a transfer. With it being a transfer, it does not tolerate the tumble dryer well.

This is an excellent product as it does exactly what it says on the packet. My daughter loves it, she says she is "cosy cosy" and even asks to go to bed now! The colour is baby pink so soft, sweet and discreet enough to be able to combine it with most things in a babies/toddler room. The fabric is not as difficult to iron as I thought it would be after reading certain reviews. I would recommend it, unless you do like the extremely neat look for your covers, this cover looks loose and fluffy, but very cosy!
A successful purchase

Bought this for our two year old, who liked the idea of a duvet but I think felt a bit more secure in his sleeping bag. He is still in his cot (not a cot-bed) and with the existing cot-bed duvet that we bought, the Grobag set is not too big, and the zips on the flat sheet are just a little closer to the edge of the mattress (if that makes sense!).
So far, there has been no removal of duvet in the night. Good pattern too. No complaints really - other than it being a bit pricey - but we're managing with one at the minute.

This is the 2nd set I have bought. It works really well and the designs are cute to. A bit expensive - but well worth it for a good nights sleep!!

Very good for a child moving from a cot to first bed. Still looks great and works well even after lots of washes. Would be great to have more choice in designs. That cute age are great on price and speedy delivery.

Excellent for keeping our 3 year old son in his bed when first taking off cot sides of cot bed so will give it a go for our daughter who is 21 months. It's lovely and cosy for them but in the summer just a little too tight to allow much air to circulate.

What a great duvet bedding set!!!
My daughter is 20 months old and nearly climbing out of the cot. I have been searching for something to keep her in one place at night time, to get her ready for taking the sides off the cot.
Before when she was in a grobag she still managed to be upside down and back to front in the morning. i have never looked back since buying this set.
When i check her before i go to bed every night i say to my hubby im just delighted with her bed covers...he replys with...yes i know!!!.
Worth every penny!!!.

Had this set for my sons cot bed - and bought the set again for a single bed. After his total addiction to grobags (would have been in them till 18 yrs!!) I worried about the transition to a 'big boys bed' - and this was excellent.
If your child is a wriggler the duvet zips to the bed so they feel more secure. My son loved it straight off and we took a set with us on holiday - first time in single bed and he slept like a dream. Doesnt zip all round so wont overheat,therefore very good product for us.
Thatcuteage Is the only provider I could find that delivered so fast. Very impressed with service - very well done!

My son is a wriggler so was dubious about whether or not this product would work, but it has been amazing. He is nearly two and hasn't once fallen out of his bed, although we do have a bed rail on for added safety. He is also sleeping an hour longer! Only thing is the price - you could buy two zips and make it yourself!
Expensive but good solution for first bed

My two year old loves freedom of not having cot bars and her bed now looks like her big sisters! Only problem is in hot weather she climbs out from under duvet and still managed to fall out. It is expensive for what it is but I couldn't find anything similar so grobag have market sewn up!

Safety concern

This is a good product and we are now happy with it but there is one major safety concern. If your mattress can slide off the bed it is possible for your child to fall out of bed and take the mattress with them.
On her first night zipped into the duvet cover/sheet combo our daughter ended up on the floor with the mattress on top of her. Now the bed has a guard rail it prevents this from happening but I think this product should come with a warning.

This is great for when you are going cot to bed. Prevents the falling out and you know that they can't kick the covers off in the night and wake up cold. Bit pricy but worth it.

Very Good product - My just over 2 year old has always slept in a Grobag, but had no problem getting in the first duvet set and was quite comfy. The fixed pillowcase is fantastic and he has slept on his pillow every night since. The only problem is that I need a spare set for washing and they are a bit pricey - so only four stars for the product. I have seen them for £20 less in a well known superstore but they were, needless to say - out of stock.

I didn't get the whole idea maybe I should wait to re-review once my daughters cotbed sides are off and she is in the bed bit - the zips seem to hold her in place too tightly - this may be the idea but quite difficult to get the child in and do up if you have a wriggler like I have plus he has tended to wriggle out and then be unable to get back in.
I really LIKE the pillow case being attached though this is really useful (not so great to iron nor was the actual duvet cover really) pity the duvet set doesn't include the pillow though. In summary I bought a normal duvet cover as a spare !!!

Great product, no more getting up in the night with lost covers and teddy bears - everything is kept in the bed. My two year old loves the monkey design and cannot wait to get into bed at night!
Delivery was amazing, ordered on Monday morning and arrived first thing Tuesday - couldn't have been quicker.

This is the second sheet set I have bought for the Grobag First Duvet. The system is fantastic and my daughter has only fallen out of bed once. We don't have a rail on the side of the bed either! It is also lovely soft cotton. Also extremely fast delivery.

A must for cot to bed transition

My son used a grobag whilst in his cot as he moved around to much for covers, putting him into a cot bed the Grobag was no longer suitable as he would try to climb out whilst still zipped in. We then moved on to fleecy pyjamas with feet in and covers tucked in tightly but he would still escape, waking up without covers. The Grobag duvet has been fantastic and also prevented him falling out of bed allowing us to remove the bed guard.
Would highly recommend and will be buying again for my daughter, who is also just about ready for the big bed.

This is a great idea but I found that my son managed to wriggle out from under the duvet and then couldn't get back in again. So when he fell asleep on top of the duvet and got cold he woke the whole house up. He's back in his Grobag now but will try again with the duvet later.

We have been really pleased with the Bedding Set, not only does my daughter love the cats and dogs on it, she has had some of the best nights sleep! Although she is only 27 months old we decided to put her in her bed and since using the Grobag Sleeping Bags we wanted something that would stop her from falling out of bed - she was forever moving around before, and this has been just what we needed.
Although she does get out of bed when she wants too, we have found that she has slept better and I'm sure that the security that the bedding offers is a contribution to that. My only negative comment would be that the bedding could be softer and it is quite expensive, but would definitely recommend it.

A brilliant design that has made our son's jump to a first bed a complete dream! It keeps him cosy and in his bed all night long (and day if he had his way) with the added bonus of him sleeping longer in the mornings too! Fantastic!
