The texture of the taggies is very soft and squidgy with bright ribbon colours; however since I have bought mine for xmas presents I cannot comment on whether or not my children like them.

Sleepy time

I got the flower print Taggie for my daughter, and it stays in her cot to signal bedtime. Whenever she goes in the cot she cuddles it and sucks or pulls at the labels, so its been a hit!

My cousin bought my son one of these when he was born. He is very tactile and loved playing with the labels and putting the blanket on his face, to help himself fall asleep. Unfortunately, he dropped it in the supermarket whilst I was shopping, despite thorough searches by the staff, the cleaners, my husband, my daughter and myself, it was never found :(

Having just bought a replacement, here's my tip if your little one has to take theirs everywhere with them. Get a dummy saver attach it to your child or a strap and loop the other side through one of the labels. It may just prevent a very tearful and sleepless night!!

Would not leave home without it. ;-)

My little girl of 7 months didn't like the taggie at first as she had a cold and the tags tickled her nose but she now loves it and sucks on it when sleepy which is really nice. It's very colourful and bright and well worth the money, just love it and it washes up really nice too, great product in my eyes.

Alternative to dummy

When we took our son's dummy off him at 6 months (as he kept waking 5 times a night for us to put it back in!) we noticed that he loved labels on any toys and he would rub them to help himself go to sleep. We bought a Taggie and he loves it! Really calms him and he can find it himself in the night and self soothe!

This was supposed to be a christening present but I couldn't resist giving it to my little boy before his christening!! He is 6 months and played with the tags for ages!! It actually sends him to sleep now!! What a great product!!
