Bought this nursing cover so I could comfortably breastfeed out and about and not attract too much attention to myself.
It's got plenty of coverage and has handy pockets and cloth attached. Am very happy with the product and the service provided.
Banish any fears

This is just the best, in terms of quality, design and ease of use. But best of all it has helped me become more confident about breast-feeding my son in public.
As new mums will know, when a baby is screaming for food there is only one solution. BAL's nursing cover is so discreet nobody will guess you are even feeding your little one and it fits very neatly into any bag or buggy basket. I love the bold design, which could almost be mistaken for a funky top.
Also, if you are feeding outside and there is a bit of sun, the BAL acts as a good shade for your little one, and I have found that my son likes being under cover to feed, without any distractions. Worth every penny.

It is a useful product for those who want to cover up and be subtle with breastfeeding in public. I made the mistake of buying a brightly coloured one which my baby sometimes is fascinated with, but is really not discreet.
It is difficult to be subtle when using it also, as I pop the baby on my lap, then cover myself her with the apron so that I can bring out my breast, and I probably look like I am suffocating her!! Sometimes I think she doesn't like it - she feels stifled, and I end up just not using it.
It does look funny with a big apron in front of you. If it cradled the baby, and gave more breathing space for the baby somehow, I think it would be perfect.

Depends what you're looking for

This is a pricey product for what is essentially a piece of cloth with a plastic semi-circle. It is stylish though and safer than arranging a pram blanket over your shoulder and praying you don't reveal all to all & sundry.
It is particularly useful if you feed using the underarm / "rugby hold" rather than the classic feeding hold across the body (my son hated to be fed that way)
I did use the product but I don't know if I would buy it again - even though it was highly recommended by friends.
Can't fault That Cute Age though, as their price is the keenest around.

Bought this on a friend's recommendation. Looks great and solves the problem of either buying lots of expensive breastfeeding tops or struggling to cover up with muslins. Really fast delivery from That Cute Age too.

I like the cover although I would like the stiff neckline to hold better as I still feel that I am constantly adjusting it and being a bit awkward. Overall though it is very useful and solves a good problem.

Was recommended this by a friend and it is the best baby item I have bought.
It is light enough so that your little one doesn't expire from the heat but the fabric still provides a wind break protection if you happen to be outside when the hunger pangs hit. The volume of the cover is great as it also allows you to use it as an extra cover if needed.
The design of the neck to be able to see your baby and more importantly for her to see you is a god send and makes the experience more relaxing.
You have the freedom of being able to feed anywhere with the security of easily being able to see what's happening with no concern that anyone else can see.

I am not shy about breast feeding but I know how uncomfortable it makes others!! This product is great when out and about to cover up and feed without all the stares from strangers.
The neck allows you to see what baby is doing down there and the pockets to put your breast pad in are really handy as you really don't want them falling on the floor when out!

Quick delivery. Product arrived in good order. Fantastic product. Much easier to breastfeed baby... was struggling as baby was getting distracted and didn't want to feed when I was out. This cover has definitely helped. Money well spent.

Great idea - allows stress free breastfeeding wherever you are. Used it at cricket for the first time and didn't miss any of the match. Would have preferred a plain colour although I wasn't prepared to pay the extra!

Is great for feeding in public if you want to be covered up. My only criticism, and it is minor, is that it gets a bit hot when you're wearing it so be sure to wear layers!
Should've bought one sooner

I really should have bought one of these when I had my son - just didn't know about it at the time. It's really great because I no longer need to worry that people can see my breast or a bit of flabby tummy sticking out when I feed my daughter. I guess I just expected the boning at the top to be a little firmer. But a great product all around, albeit a bit pricey.

Unfortunately my son hated being underneath it and wriggled and flapped his arms and the material kept covering his face so I couldn't see him. I didn't look like the lady in the picture. A stiffer material may be better so it doesn't drape over the baby as much.

Fab product - I am now able to feed whilst out & about & also when I have visitors. I used to nip in the other room or upstairs to feed, but now it's so easy to slip it on & feed my baby. Lots of other mothers have stopped me whilst out (mostly in coffee shops!) to ask where I got it from as it offers privacy & ease when finding somewhere to stop & feed.

I bought this to try and keep my 8-month-old baby boy focused when I breastfeed out and about. It will take a bit of practice for both of us. Baby does not like being stifled or hindered! I find the lively fabric helps as it gives him something to look at.

Delivery was really quick.
The cover looks good, but I was a little disappointed in the neck - it could be a bit stronger for me as it tends to flop to one side and I can't actually see my baby, which is how it is intended to work. I agree with a previous reviewer who said that the towelling corner would be much better on both sides, but then the price would probably go up!

Great multi-use product, provides good cover for nursing in public. the plastic at the top allows you to see baby, whist keeping your hands free. the terry toweling corner is handy for wiping up dribbles and the fabric design is great.
Low key way to breastfeed

This nursing cover is a good buy. It doesn't scream 'look at me I'm breastfeeding' like some of the other contraptions I've seen. It packs away small and fits in my changing bag with ease. My baby son was in the special babycare unit and was having difficulty feeding, so I also used the cover to shield myself when I was expressing milk. Why don't hopsitals have curtains on windows?!?

Really stylish and practical item that folds flat to slip into the nappy bag. Handy to use as a blanket or as a sun shade as well. Really pleased with this item. The boned part is a great idea, so that you (and only you) can see what's going on.

Or show your post baby tummy off. It has other uses such as light blanket, and sun shade. I found no one would make eye contact with me when breast feeding. I don't mind feeding in public, but now I don't feel isolated.

Brilliant product. With my first baby I used to disappear upstairs to feed when we had visitors and as a result felt quite isolated. Also, very good when you are out & about feeding your little one. This cover is lightweight cotton and covers baby completely so you can feed baby discreetly when you have company and baby does not get too warm. Also, the specially adapted neckline allows you to watch baby while you are feeding.

Brilliant product - I was happy breast feeding in public but my husband thought that others might be embarrassed so this is perfect. Really easy to use and you can still see baby whilst being covered up. Everyone's a winner.
